Salad dressing with olive oil
In Italy, no special dressing for a salad is usually used. Extra Virgin olive oil and a good vinegar to accompany the salad – that’s old classics that always works.
However, sometimes a quickly prepared delicious dressing can add elegance to the table!
We just a refreshing, truly Sicilian version of salad dressing with extra virgin olive oil.

We just a refreshing, truly Sicilian version of salad dressing with extra virgin olive oil.
Summer option for a fresh salad dressing with olive oil
For 75 g of a dressing:
45 g – Extra Virgin Olive Oil (try Martum!)
30 g – Lemon juice
Pepper and salt
Process:
Squeeze the lemon and filter the juice. Add salt and pepper to your taste and mix it well with a flat whisk. You can use a hand mixer or a fork as well. After juice, pepper and salt merge, add the olive oil and continue mixing till the liquid becomes denser and homogeneous.
Store in a glass container for 3-5 days in fridge.
